7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items
- Items without original packaging
- Products marked as Final Sale or purchased on a discount
- Return requests made after 7 days
Return Shipping
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping costs
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method
Exchanges
