7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  
  
• All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
  
  
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  
  

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or damaged items
  
  
• Items without original packaging
  
  
• Products marked as Final Sale or purchased on a discount
  
  
• Return requests made after 7 days
  
  

 Return Shipping

• If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping
  
  
• If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping costs
  
  

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status
  
  
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method
