7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Used or damaged items

Items without original packaging

Products marked as Final Sale or purchased on a discount

Return requests made after 7 days

Return Shipping

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method

Exchanges
